Finds: Hello Nerdy!

I am loving these finds right now! Make sure to check out Lounge Fly for some amazing items! Want these items? Click the images for more info!

These were two of my childhood heroes. I'd always used my brothers K'Nexs to make my Chun-Li replica wrist bracelets. I grew up playing Street Fighter and to this day it will be one of my favorite games.

As far as Sailor Moon, I've been obsessed with both versions since I was a little girl. It all started when I watched Toonami on Cartoon Network. It would play right after Dragon Ball-Z. My favorite will always be Sailor Chibi Moon. (Rini) All the way to the end.

San Diego ComicCon: Adventure awaits.

Just got a little research done, and wow! So much planning will be needed. I've been to smaller Comic Cons around Pittsburgh and Philly, but I would really like to get out to San Diego's Comic Con.

So here is the deal, I really just want to enjoy the atmosphere and see a lot of the Cosplay. I am a short little girl so stuffing into a place to see a panel isn't the top on my list. From what I gathered and figured there are very LONG lines, which is fine, so...

I still have a few questions:
How many days should I stay if I am just there to enjoy the surroundings?
How much do you usually spend once you're inside?
Are there other "side" attractions lesser known then the panels?
How far ahead did you plan and book a place to stay?

Thank you guys for all the amazing input! It is greatly appreciated! I'd also like to mention "" for suggesting "" There is a very well done survival guide and info for the SDCC.

One last mention goes out to "" for all their info and help.

Found: Console to Closet

Why am I just finding out about this site!? Console to Closet, is an amazing/addicting site for video game fans and fashion lovers. I wish I would have thought of a cute creative idea like this!
These are two of my favorite characters. I love the whole style of Bioshock Infinite and there are even more outfits inspired by the game here.

I love the classiness of these outfits! Even if no one had a knew I based my clothes off of video games, these would still be awesome outfits. Make sure you check out her other stuff!

Support a Marvel Hero!

Had the day off, so I actually spent time getting dressed into something snazzy. (instead of my boring work clothes.) The tights I actually picked up at Forever21 and WOW, I love them! I will buy every other design I find now.

My post have been lacking because my boyfriend has just introduced me to Supernatural. OH MY, I guess its the humor but I actually think it's a fun show to watch. I started right into season 4, so I am going to have to go back. I really didn't expect to like it. Here's to being sick and finding new TV shows! Does anyone else watch it?

Sims are coming. What do you think?
 (click the image to enlarge.)

I've been slacking a bit, ONLY because I could not get my self out of bed yesterday and most of today. I was the sickest I have been in years! I must have slept over 13hours. As I laid there I did manage to read some gaming news and here is one I thought was interesting from "GamesTM."

I have many reasons which have drawn me to the game, but why do people love the Sims?

Also, how cool would it be to work in the Maxis/Sims office?? I wish they would just hire me to make the "pre-made" homes.

OH! and don't forget about Halo... Ehhh! I am super excited for that one.

Feeling Frisky!

Is this to much? No way! I will rock cat stuff all day. I love cats & I love making my boyfriend think I am some super crazy cat lady. These are two very cute outfits for casual & dressy days. Make room for some furry friend inspiration! I my self wear a lot of black and white, so the pop of color is much appreciated.

Look what I found!

As you know I have been doing some cleaning.. and happily stumbling upon little gems I've always had but forgot about. Well here are some more!

I am not sure if any of you have ever heard or played this Play Station game called Bust-a-Groove. (Not to be confused with Bust-a-Move) It was one of my all time favorites! I actually remember renting it from Blockbuster and then renting it again, and again, until I finally got it for Christmas. They came out with a second one as well and it was just as good. Ah, so many memories and fun times at Blockbuster. It's a shame I wont be able to take my (future) kids there someday and have that experience. :(

Hopefully, the game will still work. I just need to invest in another Play Station 2, for this and my love, Kingdom Hearts.
Do any of you have any fun blockbuster memories?

Thank you mom!

So when I move from place to place it's pretty much throw everything into the biggest carrier I can find and everything else in my book bags. I need some organization skills. HOWEVER! Sometimes it is fun to be disorganized, because then you forget what you have and it's like one huge surprise.

My mom on the other hand is a organized hoarder. She's kept all my baby/kids clothes packed away in the attic. When we moved out of our home she gave me my kiddy clothes. I am so happy she kept these! (and these are just a few.)

My favorite power ranger of course...
My cute kitty shirts. Oh, and I have thousands of these kinds of shirts.
and then my favorite Disney princess.
The reasoning behind Pocahontas being my favorite princess had to do with this gem...

It came in today!

Woke up this morning and surprised by the super speeds of amazon. I got my Tokina 11-16mm lens in. My poor kitties had to endure me annoying them with pictures.
I'd have a longer post tonight, but I am to excited about this. So I'll be back. :p

HEADS UP! I hope to make some changes on my blog and organize it a little more. So that's kinda news too. If it looks horrendous for a little bit I apologize.<3

Found: Jewelry Dino by Kat Lamb

Found this creatively, cute craft on IGGPPC. It was made by Kat Lamb.  This also opens me up to so many cute ideas.
Plastic dinosaur toy
Plant Saucer
Craft Paint
Glue (I used Epoxy)

Step 1. Prime your dino and plant saucer, until most of the colour is covered. Let dry.

Step 2. Paint your dino and saucer in whatever colour you desire. Let dry.

Step 3. Glue your dinosaur's feet down to the bottom of the saucer. Let dry.

Step 4. Cover that guy with yo' stuff. Now, bask in his glory.

Yay for my new Tokina 11-16mm

After research and research I have finally made a purchase! I went with the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8. I am so excited to have a wide angle lens now! It will be great for landscapes and some really corky portrait shots.
Now the BIG CATCH is... I had a Amazon gift card and could only purchase from them. (No big deal.) However, their prices weren't the lowest this time. (SHOCKING!) But, there was a used lens that was cut by almost $110. I looked into it and saw it all works, but there is some glue on the front. (Nothing touching the glass.) It was to hold a piece on.

With this being said, I still purchased the lens. I wasn't planning on buying this particular lens because I would have never been able to afford it.

My opinion: The seller has a perfect and good user base/rating.  He got in touch with me right away, and it's amazon backed, so I can return it if I am not satisfied.

Once I get my new job then I can easily start saving up for something better.

Oh, BTW:  Have you watched the new Sherlock Holmes? It's amazing!

Sims 4, Excited or not?

As most of you may already know Electronic Arts announced Sims 4 on May 6, 2013. It's release date has been push back til late 2014. (fall-ish) This is one series I probably should have given up on, but I just can't. It came out when I was younger and I've always been hooked. The game play isn't my main focus. As for the building mode, I love it! I've had more fun building on the Sims than any professional CAD builder. I am just hoping EA has gotten their stuff together, since the disappointing release of Sim City. (I am kinda worried.) Let's hope for the best. The Sims is always a fun past time.
